Have you sent any Wrong E-Mail to Wrong Recipient? Don't worry. Gmail officially giving a service to Stop the Sent Emails instantly. Just follow the Procedure.
How to Stop a Sent E-Mail in Gmail?
- Log in to your Gmail and Click on Gear Icon at Right Top and Select Settings.
- Now, Click on Labs Tab and Scroll below. You'll see Unsent facility as shown below.
- Just Click on Enable and At bottom, Click on "Save Changes". Now, You are all done! Just try it. Send a Wrong Mail to any one and You'll see Undo button as shown below.
Customization:
This will appear only when you sent Email after you Reloading it will not appear. Also, This notification will appear only 10 Seconds. But, You may use this notification Up to 30 seconds. To Increase the Notification time, Click on Gear Icon at Top Right and Select Settings and in General Tab, Search for Undo Settings and Increase the Time as shown below.
Just Select Max. 30 seconds of Time and then, Simply Click on "Save Settings" button at Bottom. That's it!
