Setting a Custom Domain for Blogger is very easy now. First, You have to Purchase a domain from a Registrar. My advice is to use BigRock or Godaddy. After Registering your Domain, Do the following steps:
- Go to your Domain Zone file / DNS Settings.
- In A Records tab, If you see any Records, Delete them. Point the Following 4 A records with Empty value. ( .yourdomain.com)

- Now, Go to C-Name Records tab and Create a Record with 'ghs' Cname and point it to 'ghs.google.com' and Save.
Now, Wait for 1 hour and Go to Blogger > Your Blog Settings. At custom domain option, Use Advanced settings and Type www.yourdomain.com and Select "Redirect yourdomain.com to www.yourdomain.com" and Hit save. Now your domain works fine! That's it.
Note: While you are Saving in Blogger, If you get any error by Asking another Cname record to Register, Register that one and Save after 1 hour :)
